Our main Skill and what we trained for is carpentry and joinery. I have a good knowledge in the trade and love a challenge. Finding a way to complete a job especially if there is a tricky or bespoke element is my favourite.
In my previous job I was part of a team which supported each other, so have gained skills in most other areas and am able to apply that knowledge in my work. If its beyond my skill level I have other more experienced trades that I can call on to complete the job.
I also have a maintenance round which I service a couple of local restaurants / pubs, several holiday lets and b&b’s. These include general repairs, emergency repairs and ongoing maintenance.
